Image in comp not showing the entire comp length…
I extended the length of this comp from 1 sec to 4 seconds so the image would show longer. I see the comp size was extended but the image still only shows for 1 second. All that is inside the comp is the jpeg. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If I understood your issue correctly, you need to stretch the layer containing the image as well

If you have just one layer that is a still image (a jpg in your case) all you need to do is go at the end of that layer in the Timeline panel (the 1 sec mark in your case), position the mouse cursor over it and drag the length of the layer to the end of your extended comp.

I think I figured it out.. that comp has a fade in and fade out on it and I am guessing its set to the 1 second mark from the original time. How do I change this effect on the comp?

Thanks guys.. I figured it out.. The image is in the nested comp because it is a template :/
