  Use only a percentage of motion tracker movement

  If my motion tracker tracks movement of 10 pixels, is there a way to have my target only move 5 pixels, or any arbitrary other percentage?

  Motion Tracking provides only absolute values – seems like you already know this.

  Are you trying to get the mid-point of a layer’s original value and tracking data? Are you trying to move a layer close to the tracking data but with an offset?
