  Does anyone knows of any tutorials to make fancy 3D new graphics? Including intro graphics and braking news. Any help would be appreciated.

  Check out Neo’s Clip Archive. Anywhere else, this kind of thing would actually cost money. I would suggest trying to learn how to make it yourself, though. The balance between visual chaos and sophisticated, glowing coordination of shapes can be hard to replicate (I still haven’t mastered it) but it would behoove you to at least try.
