  Making smoke with Cycore or Fractal

  http://www.revoyouthchurch.com under media dump, the video before the last title “Sin Chase” has some really cool looking smoke.

  Can anyone tell me how to make it?

  Lots of possibilities – Particular, Particle Illusion, or you could check Bill O’Neil’s very cool tutorial on shadows which includes a precomp using one of the CC plugins to create a smoke.

  In this case, it looks like it was real smoke footage with a key, I have used similar. On the other hand, particular has similar effects.
