Can anyone teach me, be it brief explanation or tutorial link how to make a, white light reflection on a car?
I’ve mounted my camera on the side of my car moving on the road and in one part, I want a white light reflection on my car door as if there is a car shining its headlight on my car door? How do I do this fake light reflection?

    Thanks heaps..

Using an Adjustment layer with masks will help. Can’t be so specific as it depends on how one wants the effect. CC Light Sweep can be used to create some highlights or just a simple White Solid with different opacity and Blending Modes.

Duplicate the layer, Make it 3D, Mask the desired area and then you can use lights to add reflections and highlights.
