  create cylindrical solid on a plane

  Can someone walk me through or point me to a resource as to where I can create solids in Motion, please?
  I have a plane and a circle lying flat on it. Due to the rotation it appears as slightly ovular – which is perfect for my needs. I’d like to extrude into a cylinder.

  You’ll have to use TYPE. The only way you’re going to get anything 3D in Motion. Simply type e.g. a “•”, make it 3D text and scale and extrude it as needed.
