FCPX Template not animating
I have built a Title Template in Motion 5.
A simple lower third bar that slides in from the right. I keyframed the movement by animating the position parameters of the group.
Background of the top bar is a moving background which I have masked to the proper size. I published the size and position parameters of the mask so I could adjust them in FCPX. Background of the bottom bar is a solid with position parameters published.
I added a Build-In Mandatory marker so the timing of the slide in would remain constant every time I use the template.
Everything seems to work properly in Motion 5.
However, when I save it as a template to FCPX, the slide doesn’t animate. The first frame of the template has the top bar already moved into place and the bottom bar pops into its final position without animating.
Any suggestions? -
