  Solid Color Blend Modes in Title Template

  I’m creating a title template and have an animated color solid moving behind the text. The client would like to have that solid use the multiply blend mode over the video in FCPX. I can’t seem to get the blend modes to carry over from Motion to FCPX. I’ve tried publishing and rigging the mode parameters as well as just setting the mode to multiply. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks in advance.

  Is it an actual title template or a generator?
