  follow architectural objects with an overlay color.

  Hi,

  I have a flying shot from above (drone) of an area with houses. The shot moves.
  I need an transparent blue overlay of 1 house. This layer has to follow this house and also it has to change in size.

  Can I find an online video instruction to make this? Or does anyone have another idea?
