  Motion 5 and VTDecoderXPCService quit unexpectedly

  I just recently upgraded my 2009 MacBook Pro to Mavericks so I could install Motion 5. I’m in the middle of an edit project and Motion has been working great for over a week every day then yesterday it kept unexpectedly quitting every time I tried to open it, along with the VTDecoderXPCService quitting also. I’m assuming there is a relationship here but not sure what it is. My video deadline is approaching fast and the majority of the video has been done in Motion. I’m trying not to panic – can anyone help me with a solution or suggestion at least??
