  cinema view in Apple Motion 4

  I’ve been experimenting with Motion to see some of the differences with AE.
  I inadvertently hit a cinema view selection and now I can’t seem to get out of it.
  I can toggle between applications using command+tab and I can also access the toolbar by mousing over the upper portion of my screen, but even using F8 won’t bring back the panes.
  I’ve tried everything! HELP!

  Go up to Window, Layouts: and then change it back to Standard.
