  Moving lights/glows and particles effect

  Hello! I’m new here in this forum and in AE and I just want to ask how to do the lights or glows and the particles in this video:

  I’m trying to mimic the effects there and here’s what I did so far:

  And what other effects I had missed.

  They used film damage with a transfer mode as an effect. Do a search here for film damage and you will find a lot of threads on how to create it and add it into your project as a transition.
