  Motion setting

  while i import the footage from 5DII to FCP that it will change to 1920 x 1080 HDTV1080i(16:9), and it works perfect on fcp, but while i need to import something from motion that fcp will crash or out of memory for no matter how many time i restart the machine.

  Does it causes by the wrong setting of motion? I now need to export it to quicktime before i import it to fcp and what is the best setting on motion if i am working with HDTV1080i on fcp?
