…that is smaller than the canvas and i would like to save just that small image rather than the whole canvas. i.e., i’m on an HD (1920 x 1080) canvas/project, and the image is like 200 x 200. in the past, i’ve shrunk down the project and re-centered the image and THEN saved the image at that size. otherwise, i end up with a 200 x 200 image in a too-large 1920 x 1080 background. i’m sure there is a brain-dead simple solution to this one like usual?? : )

thanks for helping out a bonehead!

Resize the canvas to 200x200pix. Under edit menu go to project settings. There you can resize your canvas to what ever size you need. Or just crop your image in photoshop after export. It will be 72dpi.
