I want to create something like that, of course a lot simpler. I opened up Motion today but it looks different compare to Adobe Flash. How should I get start? Can someone tell me what I need to do first? Or please explain the keyframe thing please? Thank you so much!

I’ll beat Stephen to promoting his own tutorial:

The example you posted would be an ambitious way to learn motion’s keyframing, type effects and camera behaviors… If you have any specific questions about how a particular effect or move was created, ask away…. enjoy.

Its called typography. Its one of those things thay are simple to learn hard to master. To get real good at it you need graphic design skills.

For basics just put each word ( or syllable ) in a seperate layer and animate them on as they are spoken. The more creative you are the better.
