  Layered Photos Behaving Badly

  Hey kids…

  I know this has been covered before but I can’t find the thread. So…

  I have a simple .psd with three layers…The background and two cars that have been lasso’d and increased in size a touch.
  I have imported them into Motion as All Layers…no problem. But, the two car layers are squares with the car image but surrounding the car (out to the square edges) is a bunch of weird lines and shapes.

  This is difficult to describe but I suspect you Motion mavens know where I have gone astray in Photoshop or in Motion. Appreciate your setting me on the right path to 3d photo bliss.

  Can you post a screen grab so we can see this…I’m not sure I understand.

  Also, is the psd RGB?

  See that you are not working on a cmyk image. Change it to rgb please.

  I thought about that as I was sitting there staring at the screen… “Wait a minute…The photo is in grayscale!”
