  • How to Move Text 1 direction with Audio Behavior?

Hi, I’m trying to use the audio behavior to create an effect for a title screen.

When you heat the giant footsteps, the text pulses fowards. It does this in response to the audio track.

The problem I have is that if you apply the audio behavior to the position the text just jumps fowards and backwards and ends up where it was. I want the text to move foward in the z direction towards the camera and end up closer than when you started.

I figured that you have to apply some motion behaviors to the text, and animate them using the audio behavior. So I created a motion path and used the audio behavior to animate the “custom speed” of the motion path but the speed of movement still seemed constant even if I cranked up the strengh to the max.

Any ideas how to do this?

    thanks.

That’s a really interesting question – really not sure how to make that happen, but would be cool if you could. Let’s see if anyone else weighs in.
