  Motion 3: Playback Settings?

  Hey guys I am running motion on a 13″ MBP 2.26GHz 2GB RAM Nvidia 9400M (save the rants I know this is not a good workflow for motion). I just started using motion now, being 14, I know nothing about the program. I have worked for about 7 months now with Final Cut Pro, LiveType, and Soundtrack pro, and all of them contain a playback quality preference. I know that motion is a completely different program, but can I change the playback to be much worse then export it later as a final? If you have any questions or if you are miss-understanding the issue please say so.

  Render Quality is under the View button at the top right of the Canvas.
