  No Filter Masks in Motion

  Hi guys,

  I seem to be missing something very obvious here, but I do not manage to apply filters to only parts of an item. For example I have an Image and want to blur only a part of this image. How would I do that. Any hints?

  duplicate the layer and draw a mask around the area you want to affect would be one way.
