Timecode reader
Posted by Arnie Schlissel on March 26, 2010 at 5:10 pmMaybe it’s me, but I can’t find a TC reader in Motion. Does anyone know of one?

March 26, 2010 at 5:12 pmIf you are using Motion 4, it’s in Library > Generators > Text Generators
If you are using Motion 3, well then, it’s not there.

Thanks!

March 26, 2010 at 5:20 pmYou can use the offset to have it match timecode from a particular clip. But for a true TCR, you’ll need to use Final Cut Pro.
