March 21, 2010 at 1:52 amThere are some excellent plugins for Motion. Anything sold through the Noise Industries website, including their own most excellent collection, Boris, Zaxwerks and Sapphire will all work with Motion.

March 21, 2010 at 12:43 pmThere are plenty of plugins for Apple Motion. Do you have any specific filter in mind.

March 21, 2010 at 12:52 pmNot a lot of plugins for microsoft word either but that gets a lot of use. What if you could do anything you wanted in Motion without a plugin?

March 21, 2010 at 1:06 pmEasy, AE has been out since 1994 or something like that when it first came out as CoSA. Naturally a ton more filters for that product and a much MUCH larger user base throughout the world for AE vs. Motion.
What specific types of effects are you looking for as there are quite a few out there for Motion.

March 21, 2010 at 1:55 pmActually basically my thing was that I was looking for Templates.. and i noticed that a lot of them were for AE and tons of things for AE everywhere i went.. also.. now reminder I’ve only dabbed in Motion a time or two.. but I got this really cool plug-in email the other day.. I was going to order it.. then.. 🙁 only for AE.
Digieffects had a bundle for $99 it included Camera Mapper, atmosphere and I think the last one was Fall of lighting.. love that Camera mapper.. Don’t know if they make one for Motion. or if I can even do it in there already.. though…. .but from what i see.. u guys really love motion.. I’ll have to spend a few hours on it real soon..
thanx to all..

Here are some sites, I’ll let you determine if they are great or not:
https://www.motionvfx.com/ (motion and AE)
https://rippletraining.com/engine/designer_templates_final_cut_studio.html
https://motiontemplatesonline.com/
https://www.finalcutprotemplates.com/
https://www.motiontemplate.co.uk/
https://finalcutking.com/Video_Training/Templates.htmlI beat you will see a lot more in the coming years. But there are a lot more AE templates out there.
