  do anyone know how to use mocha pro v3

  I got a after effects with is mocha v2 but now my friend gave me genuine mocha pro v3 .Now my question is how to remove background in mocha like my video has (white)wall i wanna remove it .. i watch many tutorial but i dont so understand … New to mocha pro V3 and i wanna bring that work to after effects ??
