    Hi,

In final cut, you can change the leading (the vertical space between lines of text) but how do you do this in motion? At the moment im breaking all my text into individual layers and spacing them out manually but im sure i am being completely retarded.

    “Line Spacing”
Select your text layer and then in the HUD (F7) you’ll find the slider.
Also in the Inspector under the Text tab and Layout.

HI. You have to select the text in the canvas and then under text Inspector/format move the baseline slider. You can do this to any line of text, but to make it work line of text must be highlighted in the canvas.
