  After Effects movie as a motion template

  Is it possible to export a sequence or elements from after effects which can then be turned into a Motion template with drop zones for video? If so how? Can’t find anything on this on the net.

  Do you want to import original AE document or a rendered video of your animation.

  Original AE doc if possible. rendered element if that’s the only way.

  Not possible to open AE original document in Apple Motion, Yoiu have to render parts as movies and composit it in apple motion you also have to create drop zones.
  I know you can open AE document in apple motion but when you do it is still a movie not a layered document as set up in AE.
