When I navigate from within the Motion filebrowser to a pic (they are jpegs) Motion is not recognizing some of them and some of them it is adding [####] to the front of some of them. Any thoughts on this? Some of the JPEG files are scans we have done and others are stock proxies downloaded from stock house web sites. Weird. My work around is to bring the file back in and replace it in the timeline (reconnect media doesn’t work)

I ran into that problem a few months ago. I can’t remember the work around a 100%. But I do remember taking the photo into Photo Shop and saving the .jpg as a different .jpg and that fixed the problem.

I take it it is not thinking a bunch of files is an image sequence?

It is only one file. But when I try to reconnect It sometimes says “image sequence” even though it is not.

Have you toggled off the image sequence button?

No. Didn’t know there was such a thing. But I will and see if that helps.
