  Motion/FCP Workflow SD to HD

  Hi.
  I have a problem. We have to make all mask work, animation, splitscreens, in our SD pal, so the client can approve the final cut/look/ in a DV pal version, the material is shoot on HDcam, we need to online it all to Proress HD. Do someone know how we keep the link to the tapes. Motion generate a new file in FCP. Is it possible to reconnect to the online HD files. Or is it possible to make a media manager i Motion that generate a HD project from the SD PAL motion project?.

  I’m confused, why can’t you cut the project in HD, down covert it to SD or PAL for the client to approve it?
