Motion versus Shake
I haven’t used any of Mac’s applications. What is the difference between Shake and Motion? When do you want to use Motion? When do you want to use Shake? Thanks and God bless.

Motion- best at title design, motion graphics, spot visual effects.
Shake- high end compositing- i.e. green screen, multilayer shots, etc.Noah

Exactly- you could have all 3 in your tool box and use them for different tasks as many motion graphics and fx artists do.
