Motion 3 slowdown
Hello all…
just noticed that Motion 2 has become Motion 3 and auto installed on my computer…Must have been a part of the pro app updater.
It is just that now in 3 there is a really annoying lag when I switch between menus, so I click on the timeline them on the Properties. then back to the viewer. there is a really bad lag and I have to wait for it to catch up…. It was not there in 2.
I am on a Mac pro quad running 10.5.5
Anybody else having the same problems. any ideas as to how to get rid of the lag?

Motion 3 over Motion 2 is not a software update/auto install sort of thing. It’s installed when you installed Final Cut Studio 2 as an option- is that what you did? Try trashing your preferences or reinstalling again.

I only thought it was an update thing because I have not used motion for a week and when I tried to open it up I had to re install my serial code… same for FCpro and Colour…
could this be a preference thing???
If so where do I find the Preferences to delete??
