Computer Chugging
Posted by Jason Richards on July 30, 2008 at 5:26 pmMotion works great except for the project I’m currently working on. Its starting to chug like crazy so I can’t get a idea for how it looks in real time. Any work around?

July 30, 2008 at 5:46 pmThe fact that Motion can show you results in real time is amazing. When you start doing more complicated stuff it can become to much for any computer. The easiest work around is to RAM Preview your project when you reach that point. Go up to Mark – RAM Preview and select an option. Hope this helps.

July 31, 2008 at 6:01 pmYou can also try turning off your preview thumbnails in the layers tab, and turning off layers you don’t need to see.
