What I’m doing in my project is masking out a portion of a still frame and then having a white line border the masked portion. The while line draw’s itself around the image over a period of a few frames.

My question is, since my mask and white line are the same shape, is there a way to copy the line i use for the mask and use it for the bezier tool to make the shape(the bordering white line). Being able to do that would make the project go by twice as fast because I won’t have to trace portion of the image twice.

    Make sense?

    Thank for any help.

    Yeah, makes sense.

I think the trick is to first create a your shape, and then create an image mask (Object>Add Image Mask), and finally drag your shape into the Mask Source image well.
