  File Browser & Library windows are unusable…

  Howdy Cowpokes,

  I have a feeling my problem relates to the recent ProKit update (I am running the most recent version of Leopard)

  My file browser & library windows do not function whatsoever– I cannot select nor can I browse any items from either. Upon launching Motion, the file browser & library windows (which are docked in the same window) are empty. It is only after clicking in the windows and resizing them that the contents appear– but no functionality at all.

  I read a post which described GUI problems related to the ProKit update and it was suggested to download the file from the Apple site since the Software Updater install may have had errors. I tried this but there were no changes in Motion’s lack of usability.

  The absence of file browser functionality makes a lot of things impossible to do in Motion so I am kinda stuck.

  Any ideas? Final Cut works flawlessly– it’s just Motion that’s acting screwy.
