Crash City
Motion, as of today, constantly crashes. Yes, I made the mistake of believing Apple with recent updates for QT and now Pro kit. Is that why I get all these Motion crashes? Any fix? I tried all the usual-trash Motion prefs, repair permissions, reinstall Motion… and I am aware of all the warnings by others as to not always upgrade at first. But the warnings were obviously too late for us here.
I have all the latest OSx Tiger, FCS 6.0.2, QT… I even tried the new QT today hoping it would fix Motion. It didn’t. Only thing I can figure was that Apple Pro kit update the other day.

I just tried removing all 3rd party plugins. Hopefully that will work.

I think I narrowed it down to a few recent projects. They were set for 32 bit float and I lowered them to 8 bit dither and the crashing stopped. But, these projects have worked before and the only thing that has changed are these recent apple updates for QT and Pro Kit.
