  Imported map resolution problem

  I’m trying to import a vector map of Europe exported from Adobe Illustrator in pdf format. When you look at the map in Photoshop the resolution is fine for my purposes, but when imported into Motion it’s poor and jaggy.

  Before I get flamed I did do a search and found someone with the same problem:

  In essence the advice was to uncheck the Fixed Resolution tickbox in the Media tab.
  I’ve done this but it makes little difference – nothing like the resolution I’ve seen from the file in Photoshop. Any ideas how to import decent resolution maps that can be zoomed into? Thanks.

  PDF is not great with Motion. Export to PSD from Photoshop first.
