  Electrical Arcs?

  I can’t seem to duplicate “Electrical Arcs” a DigiEffects Filter found in Boris Red with Motion. Is it in Motion somewhere or is there a similar way/filter that I am overlooking?

  I think so. There is a lightning, but it is not adjustable and has a cloud. I was looking to make an electrical arc between two points. Haven’t seen it.
