  Going to Motion

  Salutations,

  Has anyone had the issue of trying to go from the Final Cut timeline to motion (right click, send to motion project), and a window pops up saying “File Error: Wrong Type”??
  But, when I deselect “embed motion content” it transfers fine, but when you save the file in motion then, it won’t update back in the FCP timeline. Could be a Final Cut issue. Let me know your thoughts.

  I’ve had something similar. With mine it actually brings up Color instead of Motion. Same thing with “open in editor.” It’s annoying. I keep waiting for a Pro Apps update to fix it, but no.
