  motion crashing also (noise industries) HELP

  Hey folks,

  we recently installed noise industries fx factory into our system. It initially appeared in both our motion and FCP applications, but then we had to reinstall the license and now suddenly, our motion program crashes on launch. we have:

  -trashed settings
  -removed program and all receipts
  -re-installed the program + updates (it is cross platform btw)

  Still nothing. Fx factory and FCP are running fine. We have latest and complete software updates on everything (Motion, FCP, Mac OSX Tiger) and are now completely at a loss. Can anyone suggest anything? Fx factory technical supoprt has been very nice, but has never heard of this problem.

  Rick,

  All through beta testing of FxF and the construction of some very odd plugins, I’ve never had this problem.

  1) Have you tried using the FxF uninstaller and see what happens then?
  2) Have you sent the crash logs to Noise Industries?
