  Motion Powerstart

  I am looking for a good training dvd for Motion and FCP after having gone through the Final Cut Pro dvd. Has anyone used the Motion Powerstart dvd? if so, would you recommend it? If not, what would you recommend?

  Any thoughts on what might be good for FCP also?
