Just watch the color pass tutorial for Premire Pro. Can this be done in Motion, FCP or AfterEffects?
    Thanks

Sorry but many of us don’t have Premiere- perhaps you can describe it in detail? Chances are incredibly high that anything you can do in Premiere you could easily do in FCP, Motion and/or AFX though.

Defintely- you could do that effect in just about any program with keying capabilities. You would just create two copies of a video- set one to black and white and then do an inverse color key on the other- keying out everything but one specific color range. When you lay that layer over the black and white layer you’ll get the effect. You could do this in FCP, Motion or AFX among most other NLEs and Compositing programs.
