  Adding a Transition to a Motion Clip in FCP

  So here is my process…

  After I have sent a clip from FCP to Motion, and then back to FCP, I can no longer add transitions. Is there a workaround without having to undo everything, add a transition, then send it again to Motion?

  Have you cheked that there is enough media before & after the in & out-points of the Motion media to transition with the rest in FCP?
