    Hi, fellow cows –

I am relatively new to Adobe Audition and I cannot find an answer to this challenge anywhere. I recently recorded someone remotely, and he was using a wireless headset mic. Although it was a double-ender and he saved his voice file locally and then sent it to me, the resulting sound file has a distinct phasing, swishy sound. It is not enough to lose the clarity of his voice, but it is a distraction, like listening to a conversation with a lot of swirling white noise in the background. This is not an issue of two mics or tracks being out phase, nor is it a clipping distortion issue. I’m not even sure of the correct term for this type of distortion, so it’s hard to search for a solution. It’s definitely close to a phasing effect that someone might add to a track. Does anyone know of a filter or effect that can clean this out, even partially?
    Many thanks,
    Steve Prentice.

if the sound is not overpowering the voice, you might be able to use capture noise print or learn sound model in audition.
