  Noise reduction process bombs Audition

  Greetings, this is the first time I’ve launched Audition since the update I tried using “capture noise print” all went well until I tried to actually use the “Noise Reduction Process” and I get the following error – A severe error was encountered (Code 000000008). Can anyone help me with this issue?

  There are a few suggestions at this link. Looks like it is a known problem. The first suggestion is easy. Try trashing your preferences.

  Yup, I figured it out by trashing the preferences right after I posted… couldn’t figure out how to delete the post but thanks for the reply
