  playhead won’t move while playing back audio

  Hi Guys! I have a problem with Adobe audition cs6. Somehow when I play my recordings the play head doesn’t move. This is strange to see because even though this is my first time using audition, I have used many others that this is standard. Is this normal for the play head to not move or am i experiencing something else? Hope u guys can help me out! Thanks
