I’ve created a multitrack audio clip and I need it to be exactly 27 minutes 42 seconds. In my timeline the end of the multi track stops at 00:27:42.000 However, once I save the mp3 the resulting length is 27.42.040.

How can I force the saved version of my file to be the exact length of what I see in my timeline. I needs this for a timing critical purposes.

    Thanks in advance.

How are you verifying the length of the rendered audio? Is it rendered as an MP3? MP3’s can be problematic in length with some software.
    Now,
I’d try loading the rendered file in several programs/players to confirm the length.
If it’s not correct, try reducing the length by the additional amount and render, verify and try again.
Good Luck and I’d be interested in hearing what worked.
