  Info on Previously recorded files

  How do I tell what effects, processes I used on a previously recorded file? I’d like to record a new file using the same settings of an earlier file I recorded. In order to do that, I want to find out what effects (e.g., Vocal Enhancer) I used. I don’t have any metadata filled in for the earlier file. Any other way to find this out? Many thanks for any insights/suggestions.
