When I record a lot of my work I use only one track of my camera and leave the second track open to record the room sound in case any questions are given and hopefully I can recover the sound. Most times the second track is just noise I want to delete. How do I do this in Soundbooth? I usually then copy the good track and past it down on the empty second track once I have deleted the sound from that track. I could easily do this in Audition, but can’t figure it out in Soundbooth. I have moved to a Mac so the use of Audition is no longer an option. Can anyone help?

I did look through the threads here as best as I could but didnt see anything covering this. Sorry if this is a repeat, if so please point me in the correct spot.
    Thank in advance.

Audacity is a free audio app like Audition and should do what you want.

I too am in the same boat, the Techhelp from total training, and the dvd’s from their collection were no help either! shocking that such a simple task would be completely ignored, please for the love of something, someone share this seemingly simple task.
