    Hey guys i have a good laptop with a good sound desk. what i want to do is use either Audition or Soundbooth to record my sermons that i preach. i have to MIC inputs on my laptop and wanted to go from my sound board to my laptop to record my sermons. is this possible? if so, what wires do i need. Thanks for your help.

    Soundbooth is a joke so I would use Audition … Go from your line out from your board to your line on the laptop …

    i tried that. I have a cable that goes from RCA to 1/8 inch jack. But when i plug it in to my cpu and change settings on my cpu to line in, alls i get is this low humm and no audio. thanks for the quick response. i really didnt like soundbooth to much either. is it work upgrading to Audition CS3.
