    Hi,

I’ve been given a project made in FCP 6.0.6 on an iMac 27″ running snow leopard with some Sapphire plugins on it.

When I open it on my MacPro running regular Leopard with the same version of FCP it says it can’t find the plug-ins, even though they are installed.

Is this a known issue? I’ve never opened someone else’s project on my machine before and I’m wondering if the SL directory structure is different from Leopard and therefore can’t see they are there.

I could of course just re-add the FX and copy the settings but that would be a last resort as there are many of them.

    Help appreciated!

Hi Ken; most probably they used the AE version of Sapphire (which works in FCP, though not as smoothly as the native FxPlug version of Sapphire).
