  Problems with Sapphire Plugins/Effects

  I’ve been using Sapphire effects for a while and not had a problem, but 2 days ago they everytime I selected a Sapphire Effect it would turn that layer into solid red, I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve done the usual, re-install them and tidy them up and try them in different folders, but none of it works.

  Any ideas on what I should do?

  Hi Mohammed; that shouldn’t be happening. Please email support@genarts.com with your company name and include the Sapphire log file. On Windows it’s in c:\Program Files\GenArts Sapphire (AE,AVX,etc.)\s_log.text, and on Mac it’s in /Applications/GenArtsSapphire(AE,AVX,etc.)/config/s_log.text. We should be able to help you out with that.
