  Expanding circles

  Hello creative folk! I have a question about this intro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ux5C3V9sFwA

  The expanding circles on the right bend outward and form into lines. Truthfully, I also don’t know how to make those circles shoot outward, let alone transform into lines. Any tutorials?

  You can generate these expanding circles with the Radio Waves effect [link], and you can create some truly bizarre distortions on these with the Polar Coordinates effect [link] (though you must pre-comp first).
