I know this has been posted a MILLION times. I have read all the posts via Google, but I am still have a problem.

I’m working on an Educational/Presentation for my business. This mostly involves PSD layers and some Screen capture videos all in AE.

  • My project is not color managed.
  • Changing color management in project makes no difference.
  • When rendering to Animation or Uncompressed, video is still washed out.
  • When checking the “Match Legacy” box, video still washed out.
  • HOWEVER, When exporting with H.264 the gamma seems to be much better or not effected at all. Why is that?

This video will only be viewed on the web.

    Thanks for any help!

    Mark
